Users agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt unauthorized access or disrupt services

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

All content on Batuaa, including:

• Logos
• Designs
• Software

is the property of Bitbatuaa Technologies Pvt Ltd and protected under applicable laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Bitbatuaa Technologies Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for losses due to market fluctuations or third-party service failures

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bitbatuaa Technologies Pvt Ltd from:

• Claims arising from misuse of the platform
• Violation of these Terms
• Breach of applicable laws

Batuaa integrates with third-party providers for:

• Digital gold
• Payments
• KYC

We are not responsible for their services, policies, or failures.

Your use of Batuaa is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including:

• Natural disasters
• System failures
• Regulatory actions

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Noida.

Bitbatuaa Technologies Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
