This Refunds & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs refund, cancellation, and reversal requests on the Batuaa platform operated by Bitbatuaa Technologies Pvt Ltd (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
Batuaa enables users to invest in digital gold through third-party providers. Due to the nature of gold transactions and live market pricing, specific rules apply to refunds and cancellations.
Introduction
This Refunds & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs refund, cancellation, and reversal requests on the Batuaa platform operated by Bitbatuaa Technologies Pvt Ltd (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
Batuaa enables users to invest in digital gold through third-party providers. Due to the nature of gold transactions and live market pricing, specific rules apply to refunds and cancellations.
General Principle
Digital gold transactions on Batuaa are executed in real-time based on live gold prices.
Therefore:
- All confirmed purchases of digital gold are final and non-reversible
- Refunds are generally not permitted after successful execution
Cancellation Policy
3.1 Before Transaction Confirmation
- Users may cancel a transaction before final confirmation/payment authorization
- No charges will apply in such cases
3.2 After Transaction Confirmation
Once a transaction is confirmed and processed:
- Cancellation is not allowed
- The gold is already purchased from the partner provider
Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable in limited scenarios:
4.1 Failed Transactions
If:
- Payment is debited, but
- Gold is not credited to your Batuaa account
Then:
- The amount will be automatically refunded to the original payment method
- Refund timelines:
- UPI: 2–5 working days
- Cards/Net Banking: 5–7 working days
4.2 Duplicate Transactions
If duplicate payments are detected for the same transaction:
- The excess amount will be refunded after verification
4.3 Technical Errors
In case of system errors resulting in:
- Incorrect deduction
- Failed order execution
Bitbatuaa Technologies Pvt Ltd will initiate a refund after internal verification.
No Refund Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Change of mind after gold purchase
Market price fluctuations
Incorrect transaction initiated by the user
Partially completed but successfully executed gold purchases
Sell Option (Alternative to Refund)
Since refunds are not allowed after purchase:
- Users may sell their digital gold holdings at the current market price
- Sale proceeds will be credited to the registered bank account
Note: Sale price may differ from purchase price due to market fluctuations and applicable charges.
Auto-Save / Recurring Transactions
For automated savings features (if enabled):
- Users can pause or cancel future auto-debits anytime
- Already executed transactions:
- Cannot be reversed
- Will follow standard no-refund rules

To raise a refund request (if eligible):

- Registered mobile/email
- Transaction ID
- Issue description
Our team will review and respond within 3–5 working days.
Processing Delays
Refund timelines may vary due to:
- Banking partner delays
- Payment gateway processing times
- Regulatory checks
Bitbatuaa Technologies Pvt Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by external entities.
Third-Party Services
Refunds involving:
- Payment gateways
- Digital gold providers
may be subject to their respective policies and processing timelines.

Bitbatuaa Technologies Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time.
Updated versions will be posted on the Batuaa platform.
